Seng Xiong is currently locked out in Sherburne County jail in Minnesota. To my knowledge, July 10, 2017 Seng is scheduled to be brought back to court for sentencing. For state laws, Seng could get up to 20 years in prison for wire and mail fraud. However, federal laws are little bit different. My guess is that Seng will get at least 5 years in prison and may get out of prison within 3 years with good behavior. Will wait and see.

Mr. Tshaj, I never judged. I wrote my prediction according to the law. Was I right or wrong? I wrote that Seng would get a least 5 years in prison. The court gave him 87 months or 7 years and 3 months.

Sounds like you are one of Seng’s followers. Remember that FBI and local law enforcement have not finished with you guys. They are still watching you guys very closely. Any wrong move will get some of you to join Seng. The next guy I predict that will join Seng will be Moua Dao (Muas Ntaub) if you guys don’t stop this scam mission.
